How to make voice calls in windows 10 tablet with LTE ?

Like android cant we make voice calls in windows 10 tablets with LTE ? If yes.why?

I would guess you could make voice calls using Skype if you wanted to, but I would consider re-typing your question.

Both android phones and android tablets are able to make phone calls.But in Windows only phones can do,Not tablets even though featuring Sim card with LTE.

There are a few apps that you can use to make basically VOIP calls. Viber is one. Whatsapp you can do video calls. You have lots of options. I use Viber to keep in contact with my sister when she is international to avoid international call rates.
