Just what it says on the tin. But that would be too easy...here are some caveats:
1) The start menu does not open, either by clicking the icon on the desktop or pressing the windows key on the keyboard.
The sign in screen also does not show at startup, so no access to 'shift restart' that way.
2) Holding 'Windows' and 'i' does not open the settings menue. (I also tried Windows L in case I was reading wrong. Also nada).
3) Pressing 'Windows X' does not open the command prompt.
Yes, the windows April update has borked my laptop this badly.
Anyone have any ideas?
