--------> ANSWER: Found a solution, pretty much by accident. Did not see a way of accessing Music and Apps volume while the Maps App was active and full screen. I had my music volume at 25/30 a couple days ago, never turned it down. But for some reason it was at 17/30 today. Playing with the phone just now, access to the Music and Apps volume setting was there
when I got music playing, so I changed it then, put my music in Pause and then the Maps App had sufficient volume. This is pretty nutty behavior. Hopefully, I'll remember this work around if it happens again.
Ringer and Notifications 0 --------10 is not what you should see when using Maps and pressing either the volume up or down buttons. It should be Music and Apps volume scale. This has to be a bug.
