I have Windows 10 on my office machine and all of a sudden I am unable to move the desktop icons anymore. When I click on them I am able to select them but can't drag and drop, very weird behavior. Second time this happens. First time I rebooted the PC to fix the issue.

Do you have windows blinds installed?

Also does ticking off align to grid via the right click context menu (view -> align to grid) fix this issue for you?

Have you tried testing your mouse or touchpad. If your mouse or touchpad is not working properly, you will not be able to move icons, files or folders. How will you do it? To test your mouse of touchpad create a text document and write some text using a keyboard. After that, you will need to select part of the text and right click on selected text to see additional options. By using this method, you will test left and right click. Also, you will need to test scroll wheel by scrolling text in the document. Frp Bypass
