Hi all. My husband and I are looking to purchase a home that we both absolutely love but there are 2 (potentially costly?) problems. (1) There is no central air, and the ducts (?) won't allow for it because it has baseboard heating (???) and (2) The windows are all original to the house, meaning heating and cooling costs literally go out the window....:(

My question is how much (estimate) would full central air and new (double paned) windows be for a house that is 3500 sq. ft. and approximately 40 windows? We would need to factor in this cost in our bid....a ballpark is fine!!! Thanks in advance!!! :)

You might want to try looking here.

Windows Central is an all things Microsoft news, information, and tips site... computers, tablets, etc. Although the name might be misleading, it has nothing to do with actual windows found in home construction. Good luck with your search.
