Hi I am having lots of problems trying to recover my system

I have win 10 and the stop/code auto restart keeps happening so I tried to do system restore , it will not offer me a way to ad a new restore point only recent dates which is not far enough back , I don't have any money , and now after trying to download what described themselves as free anti virus , turned out it is free to download but you pay if you want to use it , so I then eventually uninstalled the three I had tried , my system now says , my organisation is managing virus security , so I have none , I need help and I have no money , am I in the right place ???

Do you have the iso file to reinstall Windows? Otherwise, if you need an antivirus, you can try Malwarebytes. There is a free version to use, but it can't be used in a proactive fashion with the free version.

At this stage it really is time to clean install. Download the Windows 10 iso and install (USB Stick)AFTER backing-up your files.
