Surface pro 4 not updating to the latest insider preview 19H1

I just wanted to join the insider program for testing, the latest preview in my surface pro 4, but unfortunately ,after downloading ,at 14% installing ,it showed this pc is not compatible, I Was totally shocked And confused,.i don't know what wrong happen here

I'm totally shocked and confused to find that a build meant for TESTING and FAULT finding won't install. /s

I gather that you've downloaded an iso, extracted to a usb stick and are using that method to install?
