I've checked my settings and no matter what I choose I just cant get them to move one bit. Ive been troubleshooting here and there for a few days now and I cant seem to find anything. One thing to note is that when I right click my desktop the "View" function is not there and it should be right at the top. They are not locked to grid and they should be able to move as there isn't anything stopping them from doing so. Im hoping to avoid undoing the update from Windows 7 to 10, I really really don.t wanna do that. Please help??
