My last computer is about 6 years old, but still capable gaming computer. Intel i5 4600 something or another lol... 16 GB memory, GTX 1060 OC, 7200 HDD. It ran the XBOX COMPANION flawlessly. Crisp smooth HIGH quality 30fps recordings of gameplay.

I just recently bought a Z390 Godlike with Intel i5-9600K with room to upgrade, 16GB of 3000mhz, and SSD, and RTX 2070 Super.
This PC is quite a bit more powerful than my previous PC but the XBOX Game DVR is low quality and stutters. I went through settings and changed to high quality and tried it at 30 and 60 fps. Im quite surprised Im having these issues so Im hoping someone can probably direct me in the right direction of troubleshooting this.

As for your issue I'd suggest ensuring that you have all updates installed on your computer. Make sure you have the latest for your video card, etc.

Typically things that slow down a computer is bad drivers and not having the latest updates installed.

    I think a Mod fixed that. ;)
