    Hi,
My desktop PC has an Acer V203H monitor (which is pretty old but works fine). As the machine was slowing down, I reinstalled Windows 10 Pro (1909) and everything was better until today when I booted it up to see that the native resolution (1600x900) no longer fits the monitor. In my attempts to rectify the issue, I have noticed that the monitor is listed as a "Generic non PnP monitor". I have tried unplugging it, uninstalling it, installing drivers...nothing works. I have also tried reinstalling my display driver (Intel HD Graphics 510) but that's of no use either.
The last time I faced this issue, I solved it by creating a custom resolution of 1600x900 in the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel which has now been replaced by the "Command Center" which does not let me do that.
I've been spending hours and hours trying to figure this out and I am on the verge of punching through the monitor. Help...please.
