Editing the Device List

For two different Apps, I have been presented with a list of Devices that needs editing. How can I get that done ?

Specifically, I have now been presented twice with a list of 6 devices and in one case the statement "No eligible devices for app install" when I tried to install two different apps. That list contains two entries : ONEPLUS A3010 and ONEPLUS A5000, which I believe refer to v4 and v5 of Bluestacks - a program that allows me to operate Android Apps in my Windows10 PC; and also lists four phones, two of which I no longer have. I would want to remove from that list, the ONEPLUS A3010 and the two now-obsolete phones.
