Batch Script to create subfolders with part of parent folder name?

Please help!!.. I need a Batch script to create subfolders listed as variables, but to include part of the current folder name.

Here is what I need to achieve:

Current Folder Name:
this will be named manually from a copy for each customer & will contain
the .bat file.
Subfolders:
need to be created automatically when the .bat file is run.
will be same set as given for each customer, but with part of the current folder
name added.

Here is an example:

FOL12345 - Customer (Current Folder Named Manually)
\FOL12345 - Folder1 (Part Current Folder Name & Variable)
\FOL12345 - Folder2 (Part Current Folder Name & Variable)
\FOL12345 - Folder3 (Part Current Folder Name & Variable)

Subfolders need to be a variable:
Fol1=Folder1
Fol2=Folder2
Fol3=Folder3
