Can virtual desktops and the snapped location of apps be saved?

I'd like to create three virtual desktops, each for a specific job function, where apps are always snapped in the same layout to make that job function easier and more efficient.

Is it possible to save these virtual desktops with snapped apps so I can easily click over to that desktop, when needed, without having to re-snap and re-place each app for that job function?

I thought this was a thing with Windows 11 but it seems to clear all the apps and their placement when my PC is restarted.

Any advice or insight?

Nobody, huh? The placement of apps within virtual desktops I set up on each are cleared with a restart/shutdown. The desktops themselves still exist but the apps and their positioning are closed and cleared. I'd still love to see if anyone knows a way to have apps automatically opened and snapped in their locations.
