windows 8 video bug

I just rented the movie Life of Pi from the Microsoft video store and I have a big problem. Right after I bought it and left that screen it said it already expired. Right after I exited the buying screen. I was really mad. and this has happened before on a movie. I paid for it with my PayPal. Any suggestions on what I might do. I have already notified Microsoft and all but is there a quick fix.

Microsoft should be able to help you out. I am not aware of a quick fix. I have had similar issues with iTunes in the past and had to wait on support to reactivate my purchases.
