Blurry firefox after W8.1

When I read things in FF it blurry till I mouse over it. People are reporting this with Chrome as well. Anyone else notice this

I have a problem with FF aswell.

But not those u have, but when I open Firefox and click on Firefox in the upper left corner, it gives big arrows, instead of normal onces

Yep, found this with several programs (Quicken, Computer manager, etc.).

FIX
Desktop Control Panel, Display
check: "Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays"
select: "Smaller - 100%"
Apply



Things get smaller, but they are clear now.

Thanks. So far so good.
Spoke too soon, it's still there
I changed it manual to 113% and it's working
Still was bad on some sites
Disabled hardware acceration in FF and it seem to work
