Reset windows phone settings

Hi, I wanted to reset my phone's settings since, the call divert is stuck and I am not able to reset it without a hard reset. Can someone shed some light on how to only reset the settings

Did you try a soft reset?

Volume down and power button together until phone vibrates. Phone will restart. You may have to reset time and date. No files are erased.

Yup, sorry for the late reply was out of town. Soft reset isn't cutting it anything else I can do?

To do a hard reset, go to "settings" then "about" and scroll down to "reset my phone". This will restore factory settings. You'll have to restore your backup (assuming you did a backup) to restore all your settings, contacts, and installed apps etc. You may also need to re-download/install any updates you had

Guys after updating to 8.1 I did a hard reset on my phone but the call settings are still stuck. What should I do I can't live without voicemail anymore.
