Hi - i've noticed that my apps now have a title bar that slides down when I move my cursor to the top of the screen - personally I dont like it, and it really messes with other stuff that autohides menu's at the top - VMware workstation when I go fullscreen for example.

    Can I turn this off?

    thanks

Doesn't to appear to be a setting for it. I would love to have that option though. Maybe someone can find the registry setting. Or maybe a future update will allow it...

I think you can turn that off. It does that because you are showing metro apps on the taskbar. Right click on your taskbar, go to properties, and find the option to disable showing apps on the taskbar. I think it takes that bar away if I remember correctly.

Found a stardock app that lets you do it. Only $5 worth it to get rid of the hassle :)
