I think it did get released, under the name win64re, and from what I can tell it did support RT. However, I only just discovered this today and unfortunately my old Surface RT stopped taking a charge a while back.
Even if I did get the old girl up and running again, I don't think the app exists any more, I can't find it on the store at all. And what's more, I found some reviews that said it was terribly laggy and basically unplayable. Maybe it improved with updates? I see Mobwl posted on here regarding v1.1.1.2 which I guess means it got updated...
But even though I never got to download it, play it, or even see it exist, I still think it was worth $50. The OP released it in 2016, so he was still working on it 2 years after this post started - OP did deliver. And I hope someone got a kick out of it somewhere along the line.
$50 was worth the dream.
