Zune Pass not working

I've used Shazam about 3 times and I noticed all the times I could listen to the entire song, and buy it using one of my free credits, but when I try to download the song using the way the video showed it's grayed out. I cant click on it or anything. Anyway have any ideas?

If download is grayed out, it's usually unavailable through the Zune marketplace. About 50% of the time, if you search for the song/artist the song is available on a "different" album. It's really a mess for some artists, especially when they start mixing in demo tapes/single lps/etc. into their collection.

Good luck, it's kind of a fune tuned skill to find some of the songs that are available on there. Then again, some of the time, the song just plain isn't available.. and in that case, you just have bad luck

Ah yea, I should have mentioned that 1 time the song was on the marketplace to download
