Xbox music wont allow me to play files

Everyday between 430-530 Xbox music doesn't allow me to play any music file I've downloaded or music I purchased from amazon and put on my phone. The problem is I leave work at 4 and it takes 2 hrs by NYC subway to get home so for 2 hours im underground and can't play any music. What can I do to fix this. I either get the music rights message or error 0800 blah blah can't play this file on your phone

At this point, the go-to option is a factory reset. Sorry, this is kind of late. Hopefully you have your music on an SD card or backed up somewhere else. :amaze:
