Nokia Music and iTunes Question

So, i have been downloading songs on my Lumia 620 through the Nokia Music Store (subscription enabled). Just wanted to play all those downloaded music on my iPod 2nd Gen.
But iTunes won't play the songs. Although the format is .mp3 and could be played perfectly in Windows Media Player. By the way the tags are somewhat missing.. whereas they were present on the phone itself.

So any idea or any solution to get my music on iPod.

Oh, I could've sworn iTunes had there own codec.

Hmm. If you're on Windows 8, see if you can open it from the Nokia Music app.

By the way, it might be due to DRM Restrictions.

Could it be related to codec issue?

'cause Mpc-Hc plays it fine but foobar won't. That kinda sucks cause I extensively it to manage all my music related folders, and ofcourse play from it.
