Xbox Music Pass Not Working?

not sure why but atleast for 2 weeks I haven't been able to get my phone to recognize my Xbox music pass anymore, when I check the website it says its active till Dec 2014 but when I use my phone it still only plays 30 sec clips in the old and new Xbox music apps on wp8

I've called Microsoft and they've been no help I've uninstalled and reinstalled the new app and still no luck. Anyone else have any issues like this before?

Still is a problem even when I attempt to buy a song in the store to see if it triggers my pass I get a error code then everything becomes unavailable in the store
