album art on lock screen

Im using windows phone 8.1

I have used MPAtool to get the artist pictures for the lockscreen and sometimes it will actually work.
However, when i play it again, the picture will not show on the lockscreen until i flick the 'show artist on lock screen' option over and over again. I have used Music hub tile and that does not work at all which is why I used XBOX Music instead

Does anybody know why it does this and how I could solve it?[/FONT]

Does it just show the gray screen instead of the pics you want or does it show your regular backgroud?
