Reading List on Windows 7 or browser?

Hello

Since all the good 3rd party Pocket apps aren't free and that Microsoft offers its own Reading List, I thought I'd give it a go!

Although I'm most likely to use it on my phone, I was wondering if there was a way to get to the Reading List through a website, a browser (other than IE) or by another way on a Windows 7 machine? Or does it have to absolutely be the app on Windows Phone and Windows 8?

I don't think you can without upgrading to 8.x
