Why aren't my music downloads starting?

When I click "download" on the album I want to get, and it goes through the process of putting them in my download's queue, it just doesn't start. I go to my downloads queue and they are all there, but they all say "paused". Clicking on them makes the animation of them being selected, but it doesn't do anything. Holding down to select them and all you get is a greyed out "retry" option, and a clickable "cancel" button. I don't want to cancel. I want to download. I'm on wifi, with my cellular turned off so it can't even attempt to use it. Anyone else having this issue?
