Multiple devices on same mmusic pass/streaming at home

I have poor BB at home which struggles with streaming a lot of the time, and I found the following interesting
I have a Laptop and a Tablet both using the same MS id signed up for music pass

If the laptop is off, the tablet shows all music and is stream only from the cloud, non is downloaded (this is what I expected to see on it)

However, when I turn my laptop on, all the music which is cloud matched on the laptop automatically turns to be shown as local music on the tablet and streams direct from the laptop (the local storage is from the laptop)

if you have slow or capped BB, I found this interesting as it automatically converts to local streaming over your wifi

This is just an FYI as I have not seen this and it works really well (does the same in xbox video also)

I am surprised your tablet wont download?

Check your settings on your devices, if I add to my collection on any device it automatically downloads to my desktop, laptop and Surface Pro, it doesn't auto download to my phone (I need to do this manually) and it doesn't download to the Xbox One as that is streaming only.
