Is anyone having an issue with a Project Spartan error/issue?

Project Spartan error/issue

Is anyone having an issue where the Spartan browser opens and closes right away. I have the issue on desktop but not on my Surface.

Any ideas?

Yes even I am having this issue..... But not every time this happens.....
