If you buy an app from the windows store, does it also purchase for windows phone store?

Pretty straightforward question.

If I buy an app from the windows store, from my computer, does it purchase the windows phone version too? So I can just download the app on my phone "for free" after purchasing from my computer?

And vis versa too.

The answer is yes, BUT not all apps are tied together. Make sure it has the icon/description.



Same goes for the PC.
