I was from the Philippines and had bought my phone there then we moved to US permanently. My Xbox music app is off (there is no store) and it still recognizes my phone and account as in the Philippines. I have changed my Xbox live account settings to US region and my phone is set to US. Still, the music app is " off " and doesn't think I'm in the US. Now I can't update artist background and album arts! Any tips? Thank you.
