Xbox app - adding games

When I opened a game like minecraft I was pleased to see that I could record the gameplay thanks to the xbox app. But one thing I've noticed is that I can't add steam games. At least I have 2 steam games installed right now (Dragon Ball Xenoverse and AoE II HD) and I can't find any of them on the "add games" list. Is there any way to use the xbox app to record steam games?

I have created folder in the Start menu for games and putted there shortcuts for all my Steam games. Then the Xbox app found them.

I tried that, and it worked, the app recognized the games. But I can't still record them or bring up the xbox menu thingy. Not even on Windowed mode.

Anybody else have a suggestion? The Xbox app seems to find every single app, but not the Steam games.

App updated, still can't record some games. League of Legends and Dragon Ball Xenoverse are some examples. However I can record Age of Empires II HD now. Microsoft game, I guess.
