Skype Profile Picture

My profile picture on Skype won't sync...with Skype.
I had a stupid picture of a black sheep as my profile picture that I added in a moment of childish immaturity a few years ago and I changed it to what I use for all of my profile pictures...the flowers that are currently my profile picture you can see. In Skype for desktop, I changed my profile picture. However, online and in all the mobile applications (Skype, Skype Video Preview, etc.) the profile picture hasn't been updated. This is endlessly frustrating. I want that picture gone.
Skype has been annoying me to no end lately. It's been giving me nothing but problems for a few months.

Would you please give me the first few steps? I've tried going to the browser and haven't been able to figure out how to do it. Probably just being particularly ignorant haha.

It's a quagmire with all the layered on services.

account.microsoft.com > sign in if you are not already > While there go to the Your Info tab and change your picture.

Hmmm... And then I went through the steps and found out I can't change my pic on the Skype browser page either... I would have sworn I did at one time about 14 months ago. But that was during account setup so maybe that is the difference.

Last time I changed it was on the Desktop App though and it shows everywhere.

Gah this is frustrating haha. I changed it on my Microsoft account and Skype for desktop but it won't change anywhere else on Skype.
