Microsoft Maps is replacing Here Drive and here Maps in Windows 10. They have already begun the transition.
While the apps are still in the store, we will have to obtain direct links to them at this point, because Microsoft has removed the ability to search for these apps.
The idea Microsoft has here is that Microsoft Maps now contains all the "features" of Here Maps and Here Drive (not really, but they think so), and that users should start using Microsoft's own solution. That works fine on a phone for Portrait mode, but it is totally whacked in Landscape. The layout makes the map near impossible to see much of. Needs serious work.
They have also made it where you can no longer launch Here Drive+ using an NFC tag in Windows 10 Mobile, because it now pulls up a selection dialog to choose between Here Drive+ and Microsoft Maps, with Maps being the top choice and already highlighted. Grr.
