if you're one of the people who've been using onenote with your surface, you may have noticed the radial menu gone from the new universal version of onenote. I personally hated them removing it, since i felt the radial menu made it easier to do markups then the menu, and also allowed me to just not have to go to the menu while working on notes. anyway, i saw 2 posting in the new surface site with the radial menu in what looks like the new version of onenote:

I hope this is a sign that it's coming back. and yes, this is a complete nerd thing.

Oh man. I hope you're onto something. Did you know that the old radial menu worked if you just touched it with the pen, and moved outward in any direction without removing your pen/finger? It was so incredibly powerful for marking up notes quickly. Now I have too many options in the 'draw' tab, which makes it a little more confusing to use. I want my tried and true markers to be in the same place.
They should implement the radial menu the same way this one PDF program does, where the little circle can be moved around the canvas to wherever you want it.
