Why TubeCast goes 480p when in horizontal?

Hello, guys. Title says anything. When I put TubeCast in horizontal (wide) orientation, video can be watched at max 480p.
When in Vertical orientation, it supports 1080p, but obviously I prefer to watch video in horizontal.
Is this an app issue or just normal?

It was always HD for me as far as i remember.
Can you check your store, for some reason i can't find tubecast anywhere, did a hard reset yesterday and when i tried to download it simply wasn't there.
Other Webrox apps were there, like that 360 something for 3D viewing.

I have TubeCast in italian Store. It's called TubeCast for YouTube.
Anyway, if I use Metro Tube, I can watch in HD also in horizontal mode. So, I assume TubeCast is the problem.
