Expense tracking/Budgeting App

Hi everyone!

I am currently looking to go full force into windows phone rather than running my i6+ and Lumia 635 combo right now.
One thing I am looking for App wise on Windows 10 is something good for expense tracking and budgeting.

Currently on iOS I am running Homebudget, which allows me to set a budget and track all of my expenses. I can create different payees and do reports based on timeframe, payee, type of expense, etc.

I do not need it to actually be linked to any of my bank accounts, just help me track recurring expenses and help plan expenses each month.

Any suggestions of a similar product?

I have no idea if its what you need, but my sister uses budgetbuddy.
( Just as somewhere to start.)
Ironically, she misses it in her switch to iOS.
