Outlook 2016 Categories (OSX vs. Windows)

Good Morning All,

I use both versions of Office 365 (OSX & Windows) and by far the most missed feature is categories in Outlook, when using Windows (Yes, my email accounts are IMAP).

Can someone explain if I'm doing something wrong or what a simple alternative would be?
