Microsoft Word Strange Glitch (w/ video)

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone has experienced this before and if they know how to fix it. I have been having trouble with word lately half freezing, you will see in the video but the content window is normal and I can type but the ribbon seems to be frozen, even though I can still click on the tabs and adjust settings such as font, This is really annoying because when this happens I usually have to restart word or collapse my ribbon only to be able to click on one tab at a time. Also interesting not is that ribbon seems to lag bad when collapsed. Any suggestions?
