TouchVPN - Can I trust this?

I've been looking for a while for a VPN app/program to use (preferably free and easy to use) and I stumbled upon this app in the Windows Store: TouchVPN.
It looks good and easy to use and it claims to be completely free, secure and easy to use. It even has a great score (about 4,5).
However, all this seems too good to be true which made me wonder: can I trust this app? Does it actually work? Where's the catch?
Any opinions?

A VPN is easy to test. Search for IP address in Bing or Google - it will show you the IP address it presents to the website). Then launch the VPN. If the VPN is working, the IP address it presents to websites will be different.

Now, the other questions are harder to answer. Is there a catch? Is this a trustworthy company? I can't answer either of those questions. You can try searching for the company, see if you can find any information about the company.
