Outlook.com not importing yahoo account

Outlook.com, using my wifes login that is a yahoo email address, will not import said yahoo account. It keeps repeating the message of "try again later", or something like that. Any clues? Ive even tried manually entering the imap and smtp etc.

I think this is the same issue people are having with using their phones or the Microsoft Mail app to access a Yahoo account. See possible solution in the following thread. Why can't I get emails on my Yahoo account?
