My Focus just shut off one night when I was sleeping. I can't turn it on at all. I've tried charging it, removing the battery for a long period of time and still no luck. When charging it, I've noticed the adapter and the phone/battery doesn't even get warm like it did when worked and was charging. Anyone know if it would be the battery or the phone?
If it was the battery, wouldn't it still get warm from trying to charge?
I plan to go out today to a Rogers and try another battery though, I'm hoping it's just that so I don't have to send my phone away again.
Yep, I've tried different adapters, different cords, different outlets. I just came back from a Rogers store and tried another battery which didn't work, so I guess it's the phone. Calling Rogers for a new one soon. :)
Yea, definitely weird how it just stopped working. I have never dropped it or got water on it. Rogers is sending me a new one though, so I should get it this week. :)
