Touch Screen non responsive

I was wondering if the touchscreen has a lock, like hold a button to lock or unlock. My trophy stop responding to the touch buttons and touch screen but the power, volume, and camera buttons worked fine. I reset the phone removing and replacing the battery. That worked, not sure why it did that.

It shouldn't. A quick press of the power button should unlock it. Next time try pressing and holding the power button to turn the phone off. Microsoft recommends against battery pulls if the phone is powered up. It might corrupt stuff.

Did you have an app running under the lock screen? Maybe that messed something up. Very weird!

Nope no settings that disable the touch screen or capacitive buttons hopefully it was just a one time glitch.
