Exchange server issues since Mango Update

For some reason I can no longer update my Exchange account from work. yes they use Exchange 2003 without problems. Whats confusing is if I delete the account and re set it up it will work but will never update without an error. Drains my battery very bad. Side not my wifi is crappy now, constantly has no data speed, just a side note.

I am not sure about this one, though I remember reading that the update issued a few days ago was a stability fix for a few bits, including exchange 2003 issues. Have you updated, or even received an update notification yet?

Yes I have updated, but no it did not include that fix. It added tethering which I don't use unless I decide to tether my Pre onto it...idk yet about that. It was stated in a post on the main page that the update is only for European markets. I have t-Mobile US.
