Anyways I was testing my 4G speed with "BandWidth" while my Titan was connected to my pc's usb port. I disabled my Wifi in the settings and ran the app.To my surprise my speeds clocked over 15mbps and thought to myself that this can't be right. I checked my history and read that it was coming from my Wifi even though I had my Wifi turned off. So I disabled both my cellular data and wifi and left my Titan plugged into my pc's usb port. Sure enough I could search the web on my Titan without having my Wifi turned on, but by just having it plugged into my pc's usb port. I'm coming from an I phone and it never had this ability. Anyways try it out if you haven't already and see if it works for you.

Did Windows Phone always have this feature?

update:works only if zune is running on the pc...makes sense...

Windows phones have always done this when plugged in to a PC they use the PC for data. That was one of the things that WinMo had so to me its just something I am use to.
