After my rather disappointing start with the Lumia 710 (see my other thread 
) I took the phone back to the 3 store. After trying to explain what was going and getting looks of unbelief :straight:, they tried the phone and it behaved badly for them. It was agreed that the phone was faulty and a replacement was given.
A couple hours in and the phone is working like a dream. Fast, slick transitions no more phantom apps opening on there own accord, no screen freezes, no more pulling my hair out and frustration (including some very strong language). Everything seems to be working.
I think I am going to like this phone a lot, though I admit i did not do my homework and did not realise there was no SD slot . But the internal storage and skydrive is more than enough so not an issue. Now to hit the market place to try to find the windows phone versions of the android apps on my old HTC. Thanks again to all that replied to my previous thread.
