Seems as though the Auto-fix Feature Washed them out. Eh! I'm happy with the camera, They look good on my iPad.
Pictures 3 and 4 are Macro. Completely forgot how to work it, or where to find the Macro Setting. Finally remembered, and took the picture. I am happy with the result, looks really good. IN MY OPINION :D
Honestly, there are some decent pics here...i have checked all the pics on page 4...and the general quality is pretty good.
So? As mentioned earlier, are people taking dicky pictures because of the 900 camera or are they taking dicky pictures because they don't quite know how to use the camera?
I'm positive they will be providing software updates and I truly believe that the lens is very capable. I think it's all software. The autofix washed some pictures out and the white balance is way off with some lightings, details are great though.
Man those pictures are so bad. But I'm done blaming Microsoft for inferior camera software. The Titan, Focus S and Titan 2 take great pictures.
This phone camera is as awful as my Optimus 7. A phone that had his camera as an afterthought (The camera on the Optimus is pretty decent but can be very noisy at times)
First photo was taken with default setting using camera button.
Second is same photo edited using Thumba Photo Editor (99 cents)
Both photos were uploaded via Skydrive
*I have little experience with photography or photo editing, so you could say I didn't know what I was doing as far as the editing went. Personally, I find the edited picture to look a lot better and shows off some of the problems that the Lumia 900's camera has.

The first one is from a beach. Shot from the car static. The second for PR international airport. (the car was moving) Cant even notice that the photo was taken while moving 40 miles per hour. (impresive)
Here are some of my shots, I've been pretty pleased with the majority of the photos the L900 takes and I'm still tweeking with the settings to find out what works best.

Wow Hector1 those are amazing. Are they edited in anyway? Especially that first one!
Not 100% sure but I've been hearing that it's better to tap the object on the screen to focus/take picture. They seem to net better results. Anyone done extensive testing?
I just took a couple quick pics in low light to test the cam with some of my daughter's toys as a props. The first pic I took was just a quick point and shoot. Pic 2 shows off the cam a lil better with the tap to focus feature. I will try and take more tomorrow during the day:
