Zune Program Issue

I have both a Zune HD and Samsung Focus with Mango and every time I hook up my Focus to the computer, I can't access Marketplace for my phone, only for the Zune HD. It leaves me with apps for the Zune HD. How can I switch it over to apps for the Focus?

You can't anymore: Microsoft removing Windows Phone Marketplace from Zune Desktop. Well there is a hack also posted on the front page.
