    I'm dealing with a few different problems with my voicemail. I think they're all related, and once I fix one, the rest will fall into place. Here's what's wrong:

    1. My Visual Voicemail stopped working. It kept asking me for a password, and everytime I'd call Customer Service, they would reset it and it still wouldn't work. I put in my password and it would ask for it again literally 2 seconds later.

    2. My voicemail no longer syncs. I took my phone to the ATT Store to get it fixed, and they put a new SIM card in my phone. Now, whenever anyone leaves me a message, I don't get any sort of notification from my phone.

    3. Now, not only can I not get into my Visual Voicemail, I have no way of knowing if I even have a voicemail.

    Any help you guys can give is much apreciated.

    The AT&T crew should take care of you and give you a replacement one if they can't fix it.

    Never heard of this issue before.
