Phone restarts automatically like 10 times per day

Well. I got a Lumia 710 3 months ago and everything worked fine until some days ago. Now my phone it's restarting every ten minutes, sometimes it works for hours but it depends.

While I may go to a Nokia enter I would liek to know if it happened the same to someone and how he fixed it.

I really hope it's just the battery ...

Oh! And some apps aren't working, so I'm afraid it's not just the battery ... it may need a hard reset.

You might have a defective device. I've had a lot of Nokia phones over the years. Some of them did shut down on their own and restart like you're describing, but never consecutive times and it only happened like once or twice per year. Hope the hard reset works to solve your problem!

I got two lumia 710's at the same time. My wife's does this regularly as well. Hers started a few months ago, mine started a few weeks ago.

Any virus might have affected your mobile like games, softwares etc.. Try to restore the settings and use it back..
