Visual Voicemail?

Fellow 810 owners, Visual voicemail is not setting up for me. Do you know if Tmo supports this function?
btw my 810 finally arrived a few days ago. LOVE it!

Yes Tmo does support Visual Voice Mail.

From what I have been able to figure out, is that when I turned on Visual Voice Mail it sends a file of your voice mail through the data side of your plan. This is nice for those of us that have limited talk minutes, but unlimited data.

yes, tmo supports it. you may have to call and make sure they add the free visual voicemail feature (or go online, maybe) to enable it if it doesn't enable when checking your voicemail through the dialer.

If you go to My T-Mobile online and go to Change Plans and Services, there should be an option under your line to Add Visual Voice Mail and it should say Free. Click that, submit your changes and wait for it (can't remember how long). Oh. You also have to set it on your device as well.

Really? That's odd. Visual Voice mail should be free. Mine was. I'd call Tmo and see what's going on.

Called tmo, they took care of it. Took 5 minutes. Works great now, thanks for your help
