The speech recognition keeps popping up while watching video, how do I stop this.?

I would think that your windows capacitive key is smudged, clean the screen and let us know. (also restart the phone.)

Mine switches to voice recognition ALL the time. When I am texting, talking, you name it. I have tried cleaning it, turning it off.... it is frustrating, I do not like my phone.
